Our Story
Hello, we are Matthew Begg and Meg Vicary-Begg, owners of the gallery and studio
the Village Pottery Company Gallery. Our gallery was previously known as Artspace on 45, our business has evolved therefore we believed a name change was due.
We are both Artists and a husband and wife team. Art is a family thing for us, all of our three children have immersed themselves artistically. Art is something that is in our day to day lives and connects us as a family. From memories of travels and social connection, our art is our medium for these stories.
With the Village Pottery Company Gallery, we strive to continue to create art that has meaning, spirit and emotion. For our customers to enjoy in their homes or to give to a loved one. We aim to support local Artists by providing a place to exhibit their work.
We have recently started the manufacturing of ceramic water purifiers, the ceramics workshop is located at Valla Beach, NSW.
The Village Pottery Gallery is located in the Coffs Harbour hinterland, in the historical village of Coramba.
